This is a lovely, recently renovated apartment in the vibrant neighborhood of Alcantara! This area has a lot going on, and you will be just a few minutes walk to the congress center and close to many beautiful locations like the river boardwalk, the marina, and the LX factory. Easy access to public transportation with two main train stations in proximity, The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home when away from home. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one has a closet, we also have a washer and drying machine and two french balconies. The apartment is easily accessible to public transportation.Its on the 1st floor without many stairs.

NAO ALUGUE ESSA ESPELUNCA, se voce tem amor ao seu dinheiro nao fique nesse lugar, vou deixar os relatos da pior hospedagem que ja fiz na vida, começando no check-in voce precisa pegar a chave em uma loja na esquina com uma pessoa que nao fala bem português nem inglês direito, voce pede a chave ele nao entende nada que está acontecendo, para entrar e uma estrada estreita com escadas velhas sem iluminação nenhuma, sim voce anda no escuro e com um cheiro horrível na entrada, no apartamento você percebe que e ruim o serviço ja pela louça que veio suja, com restos de comida e muita poeira, o barulho e inevitável, rua e ma localizada e tem barulho toda a noite e como as janelas nao sao duplas voce nao tem uma noite de sono decente, voce escuta os vizinhos de cima andando toda hora e irrita muito, mas o PIOR de tudo e o chuveiro, sim voce paga 3000 reais a semana apara ficar em um local que a agua quente dura apenas 5 minutos depois a agua fica gelada e demora voltar. RESUMINDO NAO VALE FUJA

Where to go and what to do:
There are lots of local cafes around with excellent pastries and coffee, we really like cafe Tanite for their pastries in the morning in Largo do Calvário, just walk left and you will see it! The area has many restaurants as well.
LX Factory is an amazing place to go to as well, there are many amazing shops, galleries and restaurants there!
We love Lavanda-just next door, it is absolutely lovely for brunches, coffee or amazing smoothies! Note that they close at 5pm!
Groceries: you have two green grocer shops just across the street. There are also two big grocery stores near by, Pingo Doce and Lidl, both are about a 10 minute walk away.
The river board at Docas is a very short walk away and we really recommend going there for a stroll or lunch and dinner and from here you can get to most of the best museums which are lined up along the shore.
Parking: there is a large parking lot right behind the building, just navigate on to nearest parking lot and it will take you there.
The beautiful neighborhood of Belem is also a walk away, or grab a tram from Largo de Calvário and you will be there in 5 minutes. The same for going into the historic center! The trams are the fastest option! Uber and Bolt is also easy and quite cheap as well.
Our city, is a walking city so the more you can walk the more enjoyable your experience will be. There are always fun and interesting nooks and crannies to be found in the city.
