It is one of the best apartments in Dubai downtown location, access, view, stuff respond everything was perfect
Perfect location and view, the apartment look same the pic clean and nice , but there is some loud outside bc the maintenance work so it was noisy, btw i recommended it for family

Lovely brand new apartment in a good building with great views of the city.
Great stay !!! It is just opposite to Burj Khalifa (2 mins walk) and you can see the entire building through the windows and balconies. The stay is located in Dubai Downtown which is one of the best localities in Dubai and you can easily access everything including Dubai Mall, Opera and Fountain Show (2 mins walk again). The apartment is also really nice with everything already setup in place. Swimming Pool and Gym are also in great condition. Overall a really pleasant stay and highly recommended.
