Relax and unwind in this bright modern bungalow. It’s perfect whether you're here for leisure or business. There is free onsite parking and the property benefits from free Wi-Fi and a smart TV which has Netflix & Sky Entertainment. If you are visiting Morecambe Football Club it is less than 1 mile away (5 minutes in the car or an easy walk). The modern property is a semi detached bungalow in a lovely area of Morecambe. There is free parking available on the driveway. The front room is a great size and has 2 comfortable leather sofas and smart tv. The bathroom is modern and bright with bath and separate shower. The main bedroom has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has a small double bed. The kitchen is fitted with breakfast bar and 2 stools. There is a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer & fridge freezer and other kitchen items you would expect. This leads to the rear patio where you can sit and relax. The attic room has an extra area if required to work or relax it has a sofa and desk.

Everything looked brand new, well maintained and fully functional. Excellent communication with Marie. Generous welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Great to have both a dishwasher and washing machine. Convenient for both Morecambe and Lancaster. Everything we needed for a lovely weekend.
What is an absolute beautiful place made me feel like I was at home nice and clean couple of minutes to the seafront and town really enjoyed our day, Marie was friendly and responsive with messages will be visiting again and hopefully coming back
Marie was very helpful, we had bikes with us and she arranged on site locked storage with electricity it couldn't have better. A supply of tea, coffee, milk etc. to get you started was much appreciated. The house was spotless and had everything needed to make our stay a comfortable home from home experience.
The house is brand new, comes with everything you need great location and great host.

The property is in the perfect location. It’s minutes from Morecambe Football Club if you are visiting to watch football . It also benefits from being a 2 minute walk from Morecambe Cricket Club, if you wish to pop in for a drink in the evening. There is also a premier convenience shop within a 2 minute walk. Otherwise you are a 5 minute drive to Morecambe Promenade which gives you access to the beach and the opportunity to appreciate the lovely views across the bay. The evening sunsets can be breath-taking. Whilst at Morecambe you can visit the Eric Morecambe statue, Winter Gardens, Happy Mount Park or Super Bowl. All can be found on the Promenade . In just 15 minutes by car you can visit the historic City of Lancaster. If you enjoy walking you can visit Heysham village. Morecambe, Lancaster & Heysham hosts many events throughout the year such as the Highest Point / Vintage /Kite / Light & Viking festival to name but a few.
Morecambe Railway Station is a 11 minutes' walk away, offering trains to Kendal, Carnforth & Lancaster. Parking is not an issue as you have parking on the drive.
