Look no further! If you are looking for the perfect spot for peace and relaxation or fun in the sun, this is it! The unit with its stunning views was even better than I expected. It is beautifully decorated and walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants and natural trails. I loved taking one of the complimentary bikes to the beach. In less than two minutes, I had my feet in the sand. You can also rent a paddle board or kayak right outside your door! I was in town for a personal retreat & I can’t wait to return. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. Everything was clean & super comfortable! Thank you!!!! It was just what I needed, and more!!!

Jarrod’s place is great! As a Wilmington native I knew ahead of time where his place was located and knew it was in a great spot. Any place right on the Loop is a great location! The property has everything you’d need for a weekend. My only knock was some minor cleaning issues - coffee grounds in the coffee maker, trash in the bathroom, and items left behind in the fridge. No biggie. Probably the biggest “issue” for me was the mattress. It could definitely stand to be replaced. My partner and I are pretty thin-to-average adults and it’s so sunken in we kept rolling into each other. That can just happen with rentals though. We’d still come again! Just some constructive feedback!

This is a wonderful spot to have a great view of the intercoastal water! It is clean, cute, and easy to communicate with hosts. 100% recommend!
