Top Notch Service
It was great and very formidable
Arrived here after 20 hours travelling from the UK, on arrival I was very tired, had no mobile connection and desperately needed to connect to WiFi. When I got to my room, the password for the WiFi did not work. I went to reception and the staff were very helpful and friendly, got the Monique on the phone straight away and within 30 mins the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this location and host to anyone staying in Johannesburg. Very safe and secure, great staff and an AMAZING fish restaurant on ground floor!! You must try the tuna steak! Definitely stop here again. Thanks Monique and all the staff
