Good location, near many bars and restaurants. There is lots of noise during the night. We liked the house but there was almost no hot water and we found a cockroach.

Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario y en una zona muy buena. Muy recomendable si te interesa visitar Lisboa y poder descansar en una zona céntrica.

Pros: - Amazing location and walkable to nearly everything - Good quality for the price - Generally in good condition and clean Cons: - Small - only appropriate for 2 people - Street noise - closing the windows helps, but you will hear voices / bass music until 2-3am most nights unless you play music or are heavy sleeper - the space has a few things that take some getting used to - like how to lock the door and how to get the hot water heater working - that could benefit from a written guide - there is a damp smell if you don't ventilate A number of the issues mentioned in recent reviews have been resolved and Ana is very responsive, so I give credit for trying to fix things and there is not much that can be done about the street noise in the old part of the city.

Great location, clean and tidy and Maria was a very responsive host. Whilst for us the location for us was perfect, it is worth noting that the area is quite noisy if nightlife is not something that interests you. The only issue was that we did not have hot water for the whole of our stay. However, Maria was prompt in sending someone round to sort this. It was not fixable at that time, however, communication was good. Great value for money!!
