The place is recommendable, private, cozy, ac works well, amenities in the kitchen were useful. We had a great experience. We needed to extend for another night because of the storm that took place on our province. They help us to extend our stay through airbnb as well. The building itself is amazing. We had fun using the pool drom afternoon til evening.. The view is remarkable. The hypermarket down was so helpful especially if you just want to cook food and eat at home.. The Netflix was always busy so I put my own account and log out before we left. Thank you.

2 nights for 135 USD. Cockroaches in the fridge and kitchen. Had to though out all of our food. We could have got a very nice hotel for that price. Milo was polite and had good communication. Is assist was rude and made us wait for over an hour for check in. We chose this place based on the early check in, didn’t work out at all.

We stayed for five nights and we had an awesome stay. The location is very convenient as the building has supermarket and shops at the ground floor. The building amenities is also great and fit for families with kids. Big thanks to our hosts too for accomodating our requests and being very responsive to our queries. Will def recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Jazz Residences , The owner and manager are very easy to contact , we had to request a last minute pool coupon - the manager was there right away to hand us the coupon - will stay here again when we need to stay in makati ,

It was a last minute decision but it was all worth it. Milo and Dianne were accommodating and responded fast to all queries. The place is quaint but can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. You can also cook but there were only a few kitchen things. No rice cooker and kettle. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. Location is great too.
