LONG STAY/DIGITAL NOMADS/HOME WORKING FRIENDLY: there's a generous working area with drawer space and power plugs, the ergonomic chair, STRONG Wi-Fi and coffee station! Plus, you will have shared access to the laundry room, with state-of-the-art washing and drying machine. And of course we provide for the ironing material as well. COOKING & EATING: the kitchen is fully stacked (utensils, storage space, fridge, air extractor, induction cooktop...), the spacious table and the comfortable chairs are perfect for either a romantic dinner or for a fast breakfast. ENTERTAINMENT: you won't get bored thanks to our 60' 4K, HDR TV with Netflix and Amazon Video included: the perfect match for the 2 m (6'7") wide sofa bed! THE NEIGHBORHOOD: the Valencia district of Nazaret is a fast growing residential area with plenty nearby restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and plenty of public transportation (subway is at 5 minutes walking distance). The street is safe and very quiet. If you value a perfect balance between closeness to the main city attractions, affordability and convenience, this is your place! NEARBY: You'll be a few minutes (or 1 subway station) away from the City of Arts, a world-level architectural marvel, plus the Marina of Valencia, the city Beach of Playa de las Arenas etc. You can also enjoy a traditional Spanish breakfast or brunch (is called "almuerzo"), in the affordable cafes nearby. CLOTHES and CLEANING: there's plenty of storage space in the studio, including a tall wardrobe, drawers and a dedicated luggage space.  Guests have access to the washing machine, drying machine and ironing, plus we provided cleaning material so guests can keep the place tidy. We do offer cleaning services for a small fee.
