House was perfect for a weekend with family and friends. Very peaceful and relaxing. Well stocked. Fairly close to the track as we went to the Daytona 500. Everyone had a wonderful time.

I have zero complaints. Very clean thru out the whole house . Really nice neighbors and neighborhood. Very quite street . The ladder on the sea wall was perfect to get in and out of my fishing boat . One thing that would have been nice to have would have been a fish cleaning station at the dock for us fishermen .

Blackwater Bunkhouse was a great secluded location. The local restaurants Sparky’s Place, Drifters Riverfront Bar and Grill, Sweat Dreams Ice Cream & Treat, and Triple Z Family Market were all great places to go to will in Astor to eat, and grocery shopping. Sparky’s swamp Pizza was great. The bunkhouse was as described and much more. The bottom house had a full size bed that fits two adults comfortably, a bunk bed that has two twin beds and a full bed a lovely sectional and a a couch that turn into a full size bed. It also had a nice kitchenette and great bathroom. The laundry room had two washer and two dryers. Great for large families. The porch was great. The second floor had two bedroom and two bathrooms and a full size kitchen. The space was recently renovated and you can tell. Great renovations. The two living areas are not connected from the inside and that is described with the bunkhouse definition. The outside space was amazing. bound fire pit and access to St. John’s River.
