Welcome to Vilano! A 20 minute walk to beach or the intracoastal from this cute townhome located just 15-20 minute drive away from downtown St. Augustine. Family friendly townhouse with giant yard to run around or toast some marshmallows! Townhouse is located in a private culdesac that is peaceful and safe for pets and kids. Public beach parking 2 mins away. Fantastic restaurant within walking distance and miles of pristine beach. Your ultimate, affordable beach vacation spot. 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit townhome. The upstairs bedroom is a loft that overlooks the living room. The upstairs bedroom has a small room that has a computer desk and chair for any remote work needed. It also has a twin size bunk bed for kids. The backyard has artificial turf and a nice paver patio out the back. We do have access to surfboards, bodyboards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 bikes, and can connect guest to golf cart rental.

Beautiful townhome! Everything was exceptionally clean - the oven and grill both looked as if it had never been used! The back yard was our daughter’s favorite place to be - shaded, relaxing, and super well kept! Beach was within walking distance and hosts provided us with all the goodies - umbrella, toys for our toddler, towels, chairs, and even a wagon to make the walk a bit less cumbersome! Would recommend!

Ponte Vedra Shores West is one of the only townhome communities within Vilano/North Beach/South Ponte Vedra Beach. You can walk to beach through the 3rd street beach access. You can also walk to the intracoastal waterway where you can enjoy the sunset or fish. One of the best restaurants in St. Augustine, Caps on the Water is also walking distance to this home. They specialize in seafood and wines.
The unit has 2 parking spots directly out front of the unit. No rvs or campers are allowed due to HOA restrictions. You can walk to beach or a quick drive (less then 5 mins) to any public beach. Pleas ask about possible golf cart and Serenata package.
