David's Suite is one of the biggest unit in Hope Residences . It is 29.76 sqm. The interior is classy without compromising the space . You can even do your yoga or Zumba . There is Queen Bed with Orthopedic mattress ,sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people and an extra mattress that can serve as your activity or yoga mat as well.

Had a great stay! The unit is so elegant, and the host is responsive. Complete household items and utensils. What we liked most were little things like tissues, alcohol, plastic bags, tea, coffee, shower caps, etc. Will definitely book again.
Genuinely, it was my first time to do an AirBnB and I’m glad to say that if there were more than 5 stars, I would add more. This place really deserved a 10/10. Perfect place for 2-4 people, safe community, respectful and friendly guards. The ac was cold and water was provided, snacks and chocolates were given, towels and other amenities were available. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive as well! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay!!!

Found along Governor’s Drive, it stands within the complex of the newly-opened SM City Trece (with Cinema) , giving residents great shopping , relaxation , entertainment and dining options. Its walking Distance to several other malls , like waltermart , Tower Mall , groceries and public market .
There is paid parking in Hope Residences that can be arranged and SM City mall parking is also open to public with minimal fee
