The street is quiet and the home is quiet. There were 3 other guests, but I did not hear them. I was given an incorrect key code so someone inside needed to let me in. I can only speak to the large upstairs room. The room is dimly lit with one small light in the ceiling, which also has a large water damaged area not shown in the photos. The half bath has only a dim light over the sink with one outlet, making it very difficult for ladies to do hair and makeup. You are provided one towel, no washcloth. The host indicates you should park in front of the home. Beware. There is a sign up the street indicating day/time you cannot park in front of the home. All guests received a $20 parking fine. The room is listed at a fair price, knowing these things in advance.

John is a great host he is always willing to help you to have a good experience at their place, additionally he is a great person, we felt like in a relative’s place

This was the worst stay I've ever had. The host was very nosy and rude. I asked to turn the heat on in my room and he lied and said it was on. He even accused me of possibly being sick because i stated the radiator in the room was not on and it was 50 degrees in there. The hot water ran out and when i asked him for help he was very disrespectful and accused me of draining it all from bathing my dog, which i only brought in with me because there was no lock on the shared bathroom and i felt uncomfortable. He even got in an argument with me after telling me to learn to respect him right after i got back from work at 7am because i work 3rd shift. The house always stunk like sour food downstairs. And he charges $15 per load of laundry in his standard home size washer and dryer. He does not help when things go wrong instead he argues and accused me of being the issue. DO NOT STAY HERE.

John was amazing host and very prompt with his responses. He was easy to talk to and made you feel welcomed. I would most definitely stay here again! His hospitality and help is superb! Don’t hesitate to book.
