Great place
Ok first, Dolphins Bar and Grill is next to the building is a MUST! I'm a native and wow on great pricing and delicious food! The communication from the hosts was great, they even responded quickly with our late check in. We had a small issue with the floors and it was addressed immediately. I was very impressed.
The accommodations were beautiful inside and had a lovely location!
Place was spacious and clean, hosts were accommodating and friendly and an absolutely great location! Steps from a phenomenal restaurant/bar (Chris was our server he was great), quick drive to cocoa beach strip and a great view of the water. We saw dozens of dolphins around dusk and we also saw the spacex launch from the balcony! Great place highly recommend. Will be returning for a longer stay.

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away. Right off the SR3 and SR528 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)
