The house is surrounded by a large, very well-kept garden about 6000 sq m big, with many flowers, olive trees and fruit trees, such as a beautiful pomegranate tree. The garden is completely fenced, with an electric gate and a metal fence. The part of the garden which is on the same level as the house features a large, furnished portico for outdoor dinners which overlooks the lake and is right next to the kitchen and dining room, as well as an outdoor living room and children’s games (basketball hoop, table football, 5-a-side football goal). The semi-in-ground rectangular swimming pool, measuring 8x4 and with a depth of 1.40 metres, complete with sunbeds, a large beach umbrella and an outdoor swimming pool. Interior The owners built the villa in 2011 and furnished it paying great attention to detail, with antique furniture, precious items and modern finishes.
