로케이션 도 좋고 친절하고 조식은 정말 기대 안했는데 너무 좋았고 시설도 훌륭해서 만족 스러웠고 호텔같은 에어비앤비, 다음에 한국올때도 당연히 다시 묵을것 같다.
I would recommend staying in this place as the host made us feel welcomed, safe, and secured being in a foreign country. Kevin is a very responsive host and communicates well. He assisted us in everything we needed, went as far as proving a weighing scale for our luggages. We were also able to store our luggages before our flight which allowed us to go a few mire places. Upon our return, our van service to the airport was ready and he assisted us with our heavy luggages. His dad who drove us to the airport is also amazing. We enjoyed the chat during our trip to the airport. Oh, the breakfast which is included in the booking was awesome. We loved every bfast and always looked forward to it everyday. The food was good especially the kimchi!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was very welcomed! The team at the place was also very helpful and the metro was a short walk. There are restaurants and bars nearby too.

It is located in Munbae-dong in Yongsan. Downstairs connected to the same building is a coffee shop, a 24-hour convenience store, several restaurants. You can visit our office on the first floor (if needed). The next building has a Lotte mart grocery store, bakery, Olive young, a nail salon, and other shops and restaurants.
It is walking distance to Namyeong Station (subway line 1), Samgakji Station (subway line 4, 6) and Hyochang Park Station ( subway line , Gyeonguijungang).
Only 4 subway stops away from Myeong-dong, 2 stops to Itaewon, 3 stops to Hongdae, 9 stops to Gangnam, and only one stop to Seoul station (which has the KTX, ITX, etc).
There is also a bus stop by the building with Bus #162 that goes to Myeongdong, Seoul station, Namdaemun market, and Insadong.
With all these transportation options, you can use cash or a T-card that you can purchase at any convenience store or subway station. You can load a balance onto that card in subway stations - it is easy and efficient as the machines have English options.
If you come by car, you can use our free parking garage.
