At the base of the Kaimai Ranges, this unique 1940’s historic home offers comfort and down-to-earth inspiration. The main building has an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge, with a bathroom and bedroom. The comfy queen bed looks out to a grape-vine shaded patio ~ enjoy seeing the morning sun sneak through the apple tree! The detached cabin has two single beds (trundler bed), with doors leading out to the patio. Enjoy whatever fruit / vegetables / herbs you find in the patio and garden :) There are beautiful bush walks further up the road in the Kaimai Ranges (our road leads onto Whakamarama Rd). We are well connected! ~1min to general store, fish & chip shop, petrol station ~5mins to Te Puna village, with Te Puna Deli (our local fave), Nourish cafe, White House restaurant ~10mins to Omokoroa village, a growing village-metropolis, with lovely seaside walks ~10mins drive to Bethlehem town centre ~15mins to Tauranga central ~20mins to Mount Maunganui with its beautiful beaches, walks / hikes, shopping and restaurant strip ~20mins drive to Tauranga Airport * traffic dependant DISCOUNTS - stay 7 nights or more for a 10% discount - stay 28 nights or more for a 20% discount Please note: We come and go from the back part of the section via a separate driveway, you may hear us.
