This vintage home is super convenient: located at the corner of 17th Avenue, close to Westbrook station and buses (9, 6, 2, 20, 306) and pick-up points for buses to Edmonton, Vancouver, and other cities. In a short walk, you'll have Walmart, Westbrook Mall, Dolarama, MacDonald's, Wendy's, Subway, Domino Pizza, and more restaurants. Banks, ATMs, gyms, and swimming pools are close by. You'll have a bedroom, a private bathroom, a living space, and a kitchenette. Parking is available on the street. You'll expect privacy in your oasis. There are a total of three windows in this space. - Private bedroom (queen bed, wardrobe, luggage rack and space, chest of drawers, bedside tables, a cushion) - two windows - Private living space (china cabinet, dining table set - can be used for working and a rocking chair for relaxation) - one window - A kitchenette for your use: microwave, kettle, toaster, mini bar fridge, and tableware just for you! Knowing that you have access to: - Shared laundry (Washer and Dryer) - Complimentary tea, coffee and cookies Please keep the place tidy and clean and leave it in the same condition as when you first enter.
