Based just 3.5 miles from Swanage, you’ll never be far from a sandy beach or a tempting array of bistros and bars. Attached to a traditional cottage, the property has been extended with a sleek and contemporary finish and allows natural light to stream in through the vaulted skylight and large south-facing windows. Accessorised with stylish furniture and lavish accessories, all you’ll need to worry about is opening the wine and unwinding by the crackling wood burner. Dine with an al fresco vibe in the dining area, or step outside with your morning coffee and sizzle up some bacon butties on the BBQ. The large lawned garden is popular amongst the local wildlife, so look out for owls, pheasants and badgers. Completing the property is a generous bathroom and a superb king-size bedroom.
