The townhouse was very nice. The only thing I would recommend is having a different choice in coffee. Also wish we would have know that the pool and hot tub was u see maintenance and not able to use. I understand that it is a community space so the notice might not have been sent out. Also not being from the Denver area finding out that even though you were only 5 minutes from downtown it was still a 25 to 3 minute drive. Otherwise the space was amazing. Beds were comfortable, space was clean, and very easy to find. Enjoyed hanging out in the roof top and just relaxing.

This condo was in a good location, had plenty of space, and looked just like the pictures. The rooftop deck would've been great if the weather had cooperated. It wasn't well stocked, however. There were items clearly left by previous guests, and the provided coffee was espresso from a Nespresso machine. There wasn't a coffee pot to make my own. The freezer and fridge had some opened food items left behind. I did appreciate the dishwasher and laundry both with detergent. The main bedroom's bathroom wasn't clean and the liquid hand soap provided was primarily water. The other bathroom we used wasn't clean either. Bring your own bath soap. The mattress, blankets and pillows were meager with nothing extra in the closets. The gym and rock wall were a nice option at the clubhouse, which I think was called the Capital. The pool doesn't open until after Memorial Day, and we didn't find the hot tub open either. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it might be for others.

Townhouse as described with good communication with owner. Very nice newer place that fit 6 people very comfortably with lots of space in the multiple levels. Close to air museum and restaurant options. Clubhouse pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed during our stay. Overall, the place was clean but did have to do a little bit of tidying up upon arrival (leftover water bottle, semi dirty sinks and sheets). Would definitely rent this unit again.

Amazing place. Location was great. Only issue we had was the lockbox with the house key was broken. The owner came to our aid within a few minutes and provided a spare key. The townhouse borders a beautiful walking trail around a large pond and there is also a gym on site. There are plenty of restaurants close by. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver.
