Stay with us at Mountain Gate Estates Retreat! This spacious 3 bedroom walkout basement with lots of room for fun (10 ft ceilings)! Entertain the family with the 3 in 1 dining table (ping-pong and pool conversions) and 75" Smart TV, movies, and Wii console provided. Enjoy the full kitchen with laundry center. Close access to USU, shopping, groceries, and several picturesque canyons. This reservation is for the WALKOUT BASEMENT ONLY. Guests will have access to a full kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and laundry center. Entertainment includes: ping-pong table, pool table, and entertainment room with a 75" Smart TV, gas fireplace, and lots of seating. Outdoor amenities provided are a small outdoor grill, fire pit with sectional seating, yard games, and in-ground trampoline (outdoor sectional seating will not be available during winter months).

Such a beautiful place to stay! Beds were comfy and the home was beautiful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Elizabeth was a wonderful host, and was ready to help if we would have needed anything.
