Location and view was Extremely nice. Couch couldn’t be updated. The emails in regards to the towels and staining of the sheets could be a little threatening. My family and I Brought are own towels and blankets and pillows and put there’s a side didn’t want to take a chances on anything happing to there’s. Patio view of the beach was beautiful . Julie was awesome I would stay again and I would also recommend.

Overall the unit itself was great. Clean, spacious, in-unit washer/dryer, perfect view. The part that bothered me was having to complete the reservation, submit a security deposit, and sign a rental agreement all outside of Airbnb. This is allowed by Airbnb but defeats the purpose of using the platform. Inconvenience aside, the bigger issue I had was the number of rules you must agree to and the penalties for breaking them. $75 if you forget to change the input on the the TV?? Julie is actually a rental company called Big Fish Rentals and I totally understand wanting to cover their butt with extreme rules but the problem is, it creates unnecessary stress for people who have no intention of breaking them. We were celebrating someones birthday on this trip and the whole time we were stressing about accidentally doing something that would incur a fee. That's not how customers should feel. Plus a friend staying at a different Julie property was asked for pics holding his license. Too much.

Awesome place for a vacation. The pools have warm water, which was crucial for our kids. Beach is couple of steps away. Staff were friendly. We were able to use the pools even after check-out. I would love to have check-out to be a bit later (11am) without having to pay extra, just as typically a hotel would have. Especially because check-in is pretty late (4pm).
