Nivaant is such an apt name for Ashok's place. After a hectic 3 months, I was actually looking for some "Nivaant" time and I got it. The view from the balcony is simply stunning. Could have spent hours there with a book. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Ashok was very responsive and communication was always clear. The staff was also very courteous and made us feel right at home. Ashwini tai, the cook, dished out some yummy home cooked meals. Anish the caretaker was always a call away. Only wished we could have actually spent more time just relaxing at the house. Would definitely like to visit again just to spend some leisure time indoors

We really enjoyed our stay at Bunglow Nivaant. The bunglow is nearby Ladghar beach and you can enjoy a beautiful sea view and dense trees. If you are looking for some peaceful time away from the city, this is the place. Ashok is a great host. He will provide you with all the detailed guidelines and notes for the travellers. It really helped us to take the better road to Dapoli from Pune. Catetaker and the cook at the bunglow are such a sweet people and they are really helpful. If you order your meal in advance they will serve the delicious meals. If you are looking for homely stays and not expecting any fancy amenities then you are at right place.

Right in the middle of trees, hearing the birds chirping. Peaceful and quaint as wanted. Big patio and rooms on first floor. Extremely clean and spacious rooms / bathroom. Perfect for a family or group of friends. The housekeeper (Shankar) was very courteous, flexible and accommodating.

Amazing food, Amazing location, We had very pleasant stay at Ashok's place. The caretaker Mr Shankar is very sweet person. His cooked food is amazing and he also serves the food with love and care. My daughter - 7 years - was just not ready to leave the place. She liked the place very much. Greenery and atmosphere was great you can enjoy your vacation there without going out to any other place.
