La villa est jolie et la piscine particulièrement agréable. Spiros est un hôte très agréable et accueillant. Malheureusement l’autoroute qui passe juste derrière le jardin et la piscine est très bruyante. Nous avons donc écourté notre séjour.

Très belle maison , grande , très propre . 4 chambres de grandes dimensions , grands lits , belle literie . Convient facilement pour 8 personnes et un petit enfant (équipement très complet en cas de présence d'un bébé) . Cuisine très bien équipée , vaisselle et ustensiles ainsi qu'appareils ménagers en abondance . Il ne manque rien . La piscine , le jardin sont très bien entretenus et très agréables de même que les grandes terrasses . Roberto s'occupe très consciencieusement chaque jour de l'entretien ( arrosage , enlèvement des ordures etc...) extrêmement serviable mais obstacle de la langue hélas ! Spiros l'hôte est très réactif, répond très vite aux SMS .

Our stay at Spiros's villa was amazing, We had seven adults and all were very comfortable, the bedrooms were all large with plenty of storage space. and the living area was bright and airy and had everything you needed, including air conditioning which was necessary as temperatures reached 41. The outside space was beautiful and the pool was amazing, we spent a lot of time round the pool and quite often if we had been out in the evening we came home and had a dip before bed. The beach is a 20-25 minute walk, with restaurants all along the beach. The sun beds were free and food and drink was brought to you, so if you didn't want to there was no need to move, and it was very reasonably priced. The water is beautiful and clear, the only downside is the beach is very stony so you needed to wear flip-flops or beach shoes down to the sea, but that is a very minor point. The communication with Spiros was fantastic, his villa really is a gem and I couldn't recommend him or the villa enough

We loved our stay here! It was completely private with a huge pool that we used a lot. The view out to the sea was beautiful and the thick, green grass was great for our kids to play in. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. There are 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a fully equipped, large kitchen. We used the grill area outside and really enjoyed it. Roberto was helpful and picked us up from the train station. Town of Kiato is closeby with a car and the beach is only few minutes' drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν ικανοποιητική, περάσαμε όμορφα. Ο Σπύρος και ο συντηρητής ήταν διαθέσιμοι άμεσα να λύσουν κάποιες δυσκολίες . Κάποιες από αυτές είχαν να κάνουν με μια κάπως ελλιπή προετοιμασία (π.χ το νερό δεν είχε ζεσταθεί στο θερμοσίφωνα, ενώ καθυστερήσαμε να φτασουμε ή την έλλειψη αναλώσιμων πχ χαρτια υγείας, χαρτοπετσετες ή την έλλειψη στα καρβουνα, ενώ είχαμε διαβεβαιωθεί οτι υπάρχουν). Όμως ταχύτατα αποκαθιστούσαν την όποια δυσκολία. Είμαστε ευγνόμωνες για την ιδιαιτερο καθάρισμα της πισίνας. Αλλές δυσκολίες αφορούν στο στησιμο του σπιτιού. Πχ δεν υπήρχε κρεββατι για το 5χρονο παιδί, ήταν ένας στενός καναπές. Ευτυχώς τα κρεββατια είναι όλα τεράστια και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 3 άτομα! Επίσης έχει λίγο θόρυβο από την Εθνική και είναι εντός οικισμού, σε περίπτωση που κάποιος θέλει να κάνει ένα πάρτυ με μουσική. Καθαρό, δροσερό σπίτι, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, άνετοι χώροι. Ασφαλής πισίνα. Ευχαριστημένοι, ομως για το τίμημα είχαμε κάπως περισσότερες προσδοκιες.
