Sophisticated, luxurious, modern and ultra spacious house boasting 3 well appointed bedrooms, 3 large TVs, 3 sitting areas, large dining room, enormous kitchen with 2 ovens and butler's pantry, laundry, verandah, deck area, courtyard. Architectually designed home with superior quality fittings close to freeway, hospitals, shopping centres, golf course, Yarra river and Heide Museum of Modern Art. This house is on the way to the country side views and vineyards of the Yarra Valley. The host lives at the premises but you have exclusive access and use of all the rooms except 1 downstairs and the front office nook (there is a large upstairs office for guests). You have the entire upstairs to yourself: three bedrooms (one reconfigures to an office), lounge, two very large TV's, bathroom, separate toilet and balcony with city views. Downstairs you have a lounge, dining, laundry, courtyard, patio, deck, backyard and sitting room (sun room). The downstairs kitchen is exclusively for your use and it boasts double oven and a butler's pantry. Enormous entertaining area. There is a separate entrance for the host and it would be unusal for you to even see him during your stay.

Cameron was a very welcoming host and genuinely lovely person with great communication. The property is just divine. Immaculately clean with everything required for a relaxing stay. Would stay again without any doubt and highly recommend!
We had just the perfect time at this property. if we could rate it 6 out of 5 stars we would. The house has everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Lots of living area options that cater for all seasons and indoor/outdoor. The kitchen and bathroom is very well appointed and has an abundance of everything you could need. A quiet location with easy off street parking. The host, Cameron, lets you enjoy everything there is to enjoy without any intrusion at all. Our family enjoyed the stay and were very impressed.

Additionally, you'll find supermarkets just a few minutes' walk from your doorstep, which is incredibly convenient. On site and street parking is available. Bus stop down the street. Buses go to Shopping centre, and express on the freeway to the city.
