Experience the center without the confusion of the center In the center of the Flaminio district, well connected to the heart of the ancient city thanks to tram 2 which, with a stop 100 meters from the house, will take you to Piazza del Popolo (historic centre) in just 5 minutes. Here you will also find the metro station with which you can reach all other areas of the city. In the Flaminio district you can enjoy the delicious pubs and restaurants that populate this magnificent green area. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a French bed (140x200) equipped with a complete en-suite bathroom, a workstation and an open wardrobe. A second complete bathroom is available by accessing directly from the hallway in front of the bedroom. A corridor connects the entrance with the kitchen and the living room. The living room is equipped with a delightful reading corner, a two-door wardrobe and a dresser. The sofa can be transformed into a bed (140x190) upon guest request. The kitchen is equipped with all electrometrics (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, worktop and table). The air conditioning system serves the bedrooms, the kitchen and the corridor.

C'était un séjour parfait, l'accueil est très sympa, le quartier est très bien situé. On a tout visité à pied, sinon le quartier est bien desservi par le transport en commun. L'appartement est propre, très cosi. Francesca a répondu vraiment vite à chacune de nos questions. A conseiller vivement!!! 😀

L’appartement était parfait, très propre et moderne. Francesca a toujours été très disponible et soucieuse de notre bien-être avant, pendant et même après notre séjour ! Nous avons bénéficié de ses conseils pour les transports et pour les restaurants. D’ailleurs, si après une longue journée de visites vous voulez une ambiance plus calme il y a des restaurants qui valent vraiment le détour tout proche de l’appartement (casa del gusto, pizza rosso) et un bar lounge très sympa où se réunissent les jeunes actifs pour un afterwork. Si vous ne voulez pas vous embêter pour le petit déjeuner du matin, vous pouvez le prendre au bar Vega a 2 pas, vers l’arrêt de bus, l’accueil est super sympa. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Rome et Francesca et son mari y sont aussi pour quelque chose. Merci et à une autre fois peut-être !
It was a nice stay in Francesca’ house. She was very nice and kind with us. The apartment was pretty good and as showed on pictures. It was very clean and with all the amenities necessary. I recommend it.

The best way to get around the area is tram "2"
Tram "2" completely crosses the neighborhood, connecting it from Piazza Mancini to Piazzale Flaminio.
From Piazzale Flaminio you can walk through the historic center starting from the adjacent Piazza del Popolo or alternatively take the "A" subway which allows you to reach every corner of the city.
In Piazza Mancini you can reach the Olympic Stadium, crossing Ponte Duca da Aosta or crossing Piazzale Ponte Milvio with its numerous night clubs. Furthermore, from the Piazza Mancini terminus there are numerous bus terminals that branch off into the northern area of Rome.
