Located just minutes from the SF Bay Ferry or 20 minutes to Napa you are in an ideal location for entertainment and nature destinations alike! 1,400 sqft home on a 9,000 sqft lot. The room is fitted with a full sized bed, large desk, large dresser and closet as well as 4k smart TV. The room also has a lockable door for security. You have total access to the full kitchen equipped with new appliances including a gas powered stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, bullet blender and more. Comfortable lounging in the living room, side patio and backyard.

This neighborhood is gorgeous and a vibrant community. Walks in the neighborhood unveil incredible views of the Bay, mountains and rolling fog in the distance. We are less than 5 minutes to the Mare Island Brewery located at the ferry terminal rite on the water as well as lots of dinning downtown also 5 minutes away.
It’s about a 20min walk or 4 minute uber to the ferry that will take you directly to and from San Francisco. There is also a convenience store located at the base of the hill where you can find most things you may need or be craving.

Originally from Pennsylvania but have made Northern California my home for the past 7 years. I love the beaches and parks here so have many recommendations! I have lived in Vallejo for 1 year now and have spent much of my time transforming the space into a tropical paradise of wich I now enjoy sharing.
