9 mins walk to Leytonestone tube to and only 20 mins from there to central London (Tottenham court road). Our spacious basement studio bedroom and bathroom offers guest a cosy private space with exposed beams, a king size bed, sofa bed and desk and a new stunning bathroom for private use. Guests have access to the large shared kitchen and garden and off-street parking. The house is in a vibrant area of east London with plenty of good places to eat, drink, shop and enjoy locally. The basement studio is accessible through the shared hallway and large family kitchen that guests can use to cook. Down the stairs you will find your beautiful calm home from home with a stylish brand new bathroom with toilet, very good shower and bidet. Towels, soap, extra toilet roll and shower gels are all provided. Please only put toilet paper in the toilet and use the bin for anything else. The door to the bathroom has a lock and you will be provided with a key to your bedroom studio. The bedroom studio has high ceilings, two windows and exposed beams and oak flooring. The kingsize double bed is comfy and there is a dressing table and desk along with a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, coat stand and shoe rack. If there are more than two of you we have a sofa bed and bedding available and a travel cot suitable for very young children.

un très joli logement , très cosy. on s y est vite senti accueilli et " comme à la maison ". Jenny est très souriante, accueillante. l espace proposé est très propre, le quartier est très calme, pharmacie et magasin à proximité ainsi que de chouettes restaurants ( meilleur indien de Londres à 1km ;)). merci jenny pour les recommandations et l hospitalite :)
the flat was nice as promissed
I’d loved the place and warmed welcoming of Jenny. Everything was fine, all details in the house description are correct. You have a bus Station at the front of house and 2 type of trains at 10 minutes walking. We stayed 4 days with wife and kids, it was great 👍. Totally recommended!!

“Leytonstone is a unique, eclectic area, with great gastro pubs like Leytonstone Tavern and The Red Lion to bistro cafés like The Wild Goose Bakery, along with the open green space of Wanstead Flats, a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of urban life.
The area is full of history, with interesting, beautiful Grade II listed buildings like St John’s Baptist Church (built in 1832) and Leytonstone House, the 18th-century home of Sir Edward Buxton, notable MP and conservationist. There’s also St Andrew’s Church, built in 1886–1893 as a memorial to local philanthropist William Cotton.
Leytonstone Library is a great place to visit if you’re feeling studious and Leytonstone Leisure centre is close by for the more actively minded. Wanstead Park, in the former grounds of Wanstead House, takes in walking trails, cycle paths and several ornamental lakes — a great place to relax, exercise and soak up some local history.
With an array of buses and the Central line underground station close by, you can be in the City and surrounding areas within minutes.”
Leytonstone tube is just 9 mins walk at the end of the road and takes you in to central london within 20 minutes. There are also lots of busses and overground trains
