Sarah’s place is just as she describes it. This modern cabin was perfect. Her attention to the details made us feel welcomed and our stay very comfortable.

Sarah’s cottage is perfection! It is worthy of a design magazine, with all the amenities you could ask for. Sarah herself is impressively responsive and cares about your stay. We were a family of 6, 4 kids 12 and under. 2 adults. We loved the triple bunks and loft lounge space for the kids. We could enjoy the fireplace and outside views downstairs, while the kids played games and hung out upstairs. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we have had while staying at numerous AirBnB’s. Really every detail you can imagine has been covered. Love the towel warmer in the bathroom! And the dryer for the many mitts and hats that got wet from all the playing in the snow. We stayed 8 nights, over the Family Day long weekend. We enjoyed many winter activities. We cleared the lake to skate, tobogganed, ice fished and snow shoed (three sets in the cottage - 2 adult and 1 child sized). Barry’s Bay is 15 mins away and has the basic amenities. We loved our stay!

So glad we chose to ring in the New Year here! Thanks Sarah for accommodating our family so well. This is a unique, super comfortably set-up, modern design build in a gorgeous setting just steps away from Algonquin Park and friendly Barry's Bay. Great place to stretch out and breathe in the fresh air!

The place was beautiful love the layout and how it was designed. Really modern cabin vibe. The location was great right in the middle of tons of trees and the lake within walking distance. The host even had cute Christmas decorations and a tree for Christmas. Sarah was very helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions. She even sends you a nice welcome packet with near by recommendations. Overall great house and location. And great host. Will definitely be back, this time in the spring/summer.
