Bring the entire crew to this spacious place with lots of room, near Troy University, & everything else this city has to offer!! Fast Wifi, comfortable beds, large master bathroom with oversized tub, and recently renovated to feel like your staying in a beach condo. We are from Florida and wanted to bring a little of the beach vibe to Troy with us!! We’ve got a nephew attending school in Troy so thought we would have a place to share with others here :-)

The place had a noticeable smell of smoke as soon as you walk in and the back bed rooms smell like somebody has smoked in the place for years! There was also burn holes in the bedding and dead roaches on the floors. The bath towels were also damp, like they were folded and put away while they were still wet. From the reviews there was no mention of the smoke smell, so I wanted to give an honest review because if I would have known that I wouldn’t have booked the place.
Quiet location and convenient to Troy University. Host is responsive and check in/out was easy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at David's place. I did my research before my stay.The place looks exactly like the photos that are posted. The place is quaint, comfortable, close to Troy, and very reasonably priced. All of which I was looking for in a place to stay. The place also met my expectations of locality & cleanliness. David was extremely proactive. He reached out to me right after booking and made sure that I knew if anything was needed to let him know. He also had great clear and concise instructions for the place. I would happily stay again. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay near Troy.
Great place and close to Troy U. This was helpful for us to watch our son play football! Very clean and cozy place to stay for the family. Had great internet and amenities also. David is an outstanding host and communicates promptly. We’ll be back for future visits! Thanks for having a nice place to stay in Troy!!

This recently updated, manufactured home community has brand, new asphalt roads, new vinyl skirting for every home, and brand new steps at all the homes… wonderful area and close access to everything Troy offers!!
Spots for two vehicles are at the end of the home on the asphalt next to the curb

Started using Airbnb in 2011 around the world and wanted to put our own spin on it. Now we offer inexpensive comfortable lodgings to make travel within the budget for all families. We are also a blended family with 8 children (2 adopted) and like to offer properties for large families when we can!! The goal is for our listings to feel warm and welcoming and allow you to be able to unwind after a busy work day or fun out in the sun. I’m constantly adding little items and listen to feedback to continually make our listings somewhere you will want to return back to again and again when you are in the area.
