Amberley house was built in the 1940’s it is comfortable, sunny and spacious with a beautiful sea view and only three minutes walk from waters edge beach and six minutes from boulders penguin colony. Beautiful snorkelling, diving, hiking ,sailing and cycling all right on your doorstep! A front garden for the morning sun and a back garden for afternoon shade make it easy to find a spot to relax. front and back garden , covered patio and dinning area with sea veiw . Inside dining area and reading nook, lounge with large comfortable couch armchair and TV . large master bedroom with armchairs wardrobe , english linen , small en-suite shower and toilet . second bedroom queen bed , walk in cuboard furnished in william morris style separate bathroom with bath and shower .Third bedroom two single beds with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom . Kitchen with breakfast bar / island gas stove and access to back garden and dining area with lounger and chairs.

What a beautiful space! Such a great spot to gather as old friends, with each person having their own space while there are multiple nooks for hanging out - be it in the garden, on the stoep, at the braai, in the lounge, etc. All with beautiful views and thoughtful extras. Thanks to Ashleigh for helping to make this such a memorable reunion for my friends and I.
Lovely place, a stones throw from Boulders Beach. Ashleigh was very helpful and responsive, a great stay 👍
We spent wonderful 3 weeks at this place! Not far from the city, beaches are just few minutes walk. Very nice and safe neighbourhood. The house is beautiful with the great ocean view .
Unrivalled location within walking distances of spectacular beeches. Wonderfully equipped and perfect for a restful stay with loungers, couches and chairs in every little nook. Should have booked for longer.
This home is everything you need when on holiday, it’s a walk to the beach, restaurants, activities and has stunning ocean views. Ashley provides everything one needs for beach activities including towels, beach bags and umbrella, you just need your swim suit and you are good to go. The kitchen was also stocked with all amenities and basic food items including wine. Thank you Ashley for an incredible stay.

simonstown is a small village , mostly built in the victorian era home to the British and south African Navy since 1814 the main road has coffee shops restaurants bric a brac shops and general stores . There is a new mall just outside the town . there is a yacht club and public harbour where boat excursions can be arranged. beaches close by , a small naval museum and rugged golf course in general A pretty laid seaside back town
a car or bicycle is recommended as no public buses. There is a train station and the train runs to cape town but parts of the line are unsafe towards town and there is often sand on the tracks , however if it is running and you can take the newer blue train it is fun to catch the train to muzinberg st james or kalk bay
