My family and I recently enjoyed our stay at Casa By The Sea. The house perfectly matched the online photos - clean, cozy, with high-end furnishings and appliances. The highlight for us (and especially our toddler), was the heated pool, which was the perfect size and maintained at a comfortable temperature. The host, Derek, was exceptionally welcoming. He ensured we had everything we needed and even recommended a fantastic ice cream spot for our daughter. The short, pleasant walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood that is close to all our favorite grocery stores - added to the convenience of our stay. We enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to returning someday!

Derek’s place is probably one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Everything about it was perfect for our family group including our grandchildren of 5 and 2. The back yard was great, a large patio area with plenty of room around the pool and a grassy area for the children to play. There was plenty of outdoor furniture and toys/games (including table tennis table) for relaxation and activities and a dining table with benches and large barbecue for outdoor dining. There were Beach chairs, umbrella, buckets etc and even a cart to wheel down to the beach, which was easily walkable, as were the restaurants, shops and bars. Lauderdale by the Sea has a great ‘buzz’ about it but never felt overly crowded or busy (and we went during Spring Break). I think the kitchen was the best equipped we have ever come across. Derek has thought of everything to make your stay trouble free and truly relaxing and we would definitely return again. Can’t recommend highly enough

This property was new so very few reviews were published prior to our stay. But no worries; it was exactly as advertised; pristine and private … the backyard was the highlight for us as we lived in the heated pool! The outdoor ping pong table was a big hit with the family! We treated it like our home; ate most meals in and the large kitchen was fully equipped. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea four corners was a ten minute walk to restaurants and ice cream of course! I would highly recommend this property but a property is only as good as its hosts, and Derek and George took care of every little thing. We felt very safe and would love to come back. Beautiful home . Immaculate clean . Very quite peaceful neighborhood. Everything you could possibly need within a few minutes walk . The beach access is convenient and great location . This home made our stay so comfortable I would never wanna go to a hotel again . Great host couldn’t recommend this property more !! We are picky and this checked all our box’s ! Thanks for the great stay !
