Great place to stay right in the center, everything is easily accessible by foot from the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need, even two different coffee makers. There's even shower gels and shampoos for the first day. The couch is great for naps and everything is clean and in order. Definitely would recommend and stay there again.

I booked Michael’s place for my mom and my uncle. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Yerevan, all of the sightseeings are in a walking distance. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Separately need to mention the balcony with a view, where you can enjoy your evening. The place was very clean and up to date, looks like professional hosts are involved in day to day management. Also it is worth mentioning that the apartment is very well decorated with a boutique taste! Thanks a lot, Michael for making the stay great!
The place is awesome.What you see in the picture is what you get.You will feel relaxed on the place and good thing tha it's really modern style as bathroom is very important with me,it has bidet. The ambience, of the place is really awesome and when you sit outside the balcony you feel like tou just want to stay there forever. You'll see a lot of people passing by with their cute furbabies and just feel tue breeze.
