Enjoy the ambience of this exquisite apartment situated in a side street only 100m from the beach and the popular promenade for those sunset walks or early morning coastal runs. Relax in a spacious open-plan design incorporating kitchen, dining and living area with wooden floors, soft lights and central living theme. Back-up power is available during loadshedding, free parking on site and a balcony offering some scenic views. Hear the seagulls, smell the ocean and enjoy the experience The building has remote access to a garage. A lift will take you to the 2nd floor. There is a key safe in the lobby just outside the apartment to leave your keys when going out. The apartment has a guest toilet near the entrance. On entering you walk through the kitchen area with its center island opening to a spacious living area. The bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the entrance and is designed for optimal privacy, each with its own ensuite bathroom and dressing area. A balcony faces the road and offers a sliver of ocean and mountain views. An electric charging point is available in the garage to charge electric vehicles.

I had an amazing stay. First of all, I was able to check-in/leave my bags much earlier than the check-in time which was perfect since I landed so early. The place was stunning, super clean, better than I expected and the location was wonderful. There’s a supermarket just 2 min walk away, right in front of the beach, has a strip with wonderful brunch places, a lovely Pilates studio nearby and it’s situated perfectly to travel to any tourist attractions. One thing that was lacking was the wi-fi, it was very hard to FaceTime and send attachments. Other than that, I absolutely loved the place and would book again. Thanks, Waleed!
Waleed and his co hosts were extremely quick to respond to any enquiries. Waleed answered his phone to me while in a meeting and promised me a call back. He did indeed call me back even though he knew his co-host had already dealt with the question. That is great service. Nokukhanya, the cohost, was very friendly and helpful. She even offered to courier us a corkscrew on a Saturday morning! The flat is so spacious, clean and beautifully appointed and equipped, close to the ocean, with great views. Supermarkets and shops are very close by but the neighbourhood is quiet. I would definitely return there.
Fantastic stay
We had a very enjoyable ten days here! It has very comfortable couch and beds. Unit is well equipped. We really enjoyed the location and beautiful walks on the promenade.

The neighbourhood comprises mostly of apartment blocks, with some excellent restaurant and coffee shop choices within walking distance, as well as a number of convenience stores and supermarkets. A beach, swimming pools and promenade is less than 200m away
Getting around Cape Town is easy with Uber and Bolt. There are also other taxi options available everyday.
