It was a decent place to stay a couple nights. Nothing special but as advertised

It was an okay stay. The kitchen is nice. The kiddos enjoyed the snacks. The towels were soft and fluffy and the sheets smelled clean. The living room is big / roomy for hanging out and ample closet space! Just a few suggestions that would have made our stay a bit more enjoyable… Basement is not conducive to sleeping arrangements especially for kids. Our kids ended up camping out in the living room. Maybe have more rugs downstairs and definitely sweeping cob webs all throughout the house. There is also animal smell on the bean bags. The master Bed broke when sat on. Recommend a bed that is secure not on cinder blocks. Also recommend replacing pillows. They are quite old. Had we not stripped the sheets we would not have noticed. Paint scratches on back of door in the bedroom with queen bed. Almost like an animal was trying to get out. Best part of the stay was the company!

Trash has not been taken out. Rotten apple in trash in bathroom. Sinks were disgusting and had not been cleaned. Fridge had not been cleaned. Hairs all over stove top and rack. Counters were dirty. Hair on baseboards. Spiders and bugs in house.

This was an older rental but has been renovated. Great place to stay for a weekend if going to Indianapolis area. Autumn was quick to respond to a question. The only thing I would say is furniture could be updated. Otherwise nice place 👍. Phil C
