Absolutely gorgeous cottage - really enjoyed our half term stay with the kids. All necessary info provided before our stay, cottage was spotless and facilities excellent on arrival. Would definitely stay again. My only points for improvement would be that the key safe was a little tricky to get open and a large motor at the property would have been helpful - but these were minor issues and didn’t detract from our stay. Loved staying here!

Gorgeous period property, very well laid out. Lovely plush carpets and comfy sofas to relax on. Bed very comfortable and the linen smells so fresh.

This is a beautiful and quirky property. Ideal for what we needed and we would stay here again. We were greeted with a couple of bottles of wine which was a lovely surprise. We did have a few issues during our stay but the company was easy to contact and fairly quick with a response. Granted one of the issues we had was a leak from the bathroom sink which they couldn’t do anything about until after our stay but they did provide the extra towels we asked for when we mentioned we didn’t have any clean ones due to using them to clean up the water. It’s also worth knowing that the lock box is on the gate post, we spent a long while looking for this as it wasn’t in the welcome information and it was dark and raining when we arrived. Overall a beautiful property that has been well decorated. And besides having a few issues during our stay we would happily stay again.

Stayed for almost 3 weeks and clear to see the owners have done a wonderful job with the recent refurbishment. The cottage makes for a lovely modern home with all the amenities you will require for short or longer stays but it does this while retaining a wonderful charm you would expect from a country cottage. The few small issues with needed support with were dealt with immediately regardless of time and we were blown away by the thoughtfulness of Francesca - Operations manager Finest Retreats. I mentioned to her that the children were finding being out of their usual home difficult as all three are Autistic and have learning difficulties. The following day an Amazon package arrived with a sensory toy for each one of them. Unbelievable service and honestly so kind and thoughtful. 5* experience
