Great value for money for a 2-bedroom property in I.T. Park Cebu. Basic items such as drinking water and cooking needs (oil, condiments) are already provided. Bonus perks such as parking space and a good functioning washing machine are also available. Responsive host, self check-in but the host is just a quick message away. Ayala Central Bloc mall, just a 5 min walk for all your needs and Sugbu Mercado for a number of choices for dinner is less than 10 min walk.
Host was super responsive! When we checked in, everything was smooth. All instructions were very clear and straightforward. The unit was well-described and what you see is what you get, pretty much. Linens and everything else were very clear. Spotless bathroom and bedrooms. Location is superb. Will book again next time we’re in Cebu!
Accommodating, prompt reply from the host, nice location. The place is clean, having a parking space was a plus. :)
A comfortable place and close to everthing,
Park's place is a great home to stay in. Good interior design, complete with kitchenware and toiletries, as well as close to the mall, convenience stores and coffee shops. Host is also very responsive.

It is located very near Ayala Malls, Sugbo mercado and a perfect spot to chill at night since there are a lot of cozy bars.
Good spot as well to spend your weekend get away.
If you are the type of person who loves to hangout and meet new friends, then this is a great spot for you!
Walking distance to the bus terminal, and you can also just hire a taxi just outside the building. You can also check my guide book for your convenience
