The apartment entrance leads you into a spacious and inviting open lounge area with large patio windows that fill the space with natural light and warmth. With comfy sofas and a dining table, it's the perfect spot to relax, watch Tv, or enjoy a meal. This charming apartment features two front-facing bedrooms, one of which is a twin room and the other a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower facilities. Both front bedrooms have access to a long veranda, offering a serene outdoor escape. Additionally, nestled at the back of the apartment is a third bedroom which shares a bathroom with the other twin bedroom. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast dining table, hob, oven, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.<br><br>Outside Amenities<br>Step outside onto the expansive veranda, where you can bask in the sun on one of the two sun chairs or opt for a shady spot on the comfy sofas. The veranda is perfect for al fresco dining with a dedicated dining table and a Bbq for delightful meals and gatherings. The apartment is second floor, Without elevator access. Parking is on street, in the locality, without a charge<br><br>Arriving At The Property:<br>It is our intention to meet you in person at the property on your arrival to deliver the keys and welcome you. Some of our properties have key safety boxes and you will be informed of the code in advance, in which case you may be asked to check in alone and we will make a later courtesy visit at a mutually convenient time.<br> <br>Check-In Times:<br>Please note check-in times are between 16.00h and 19.00h and we will try to be flexible with arrival times outside of these hours. For early arrivals, it may be possible to offer a “bag drop” facility. For later arrivals, there may be the key safety box facility. However, Smartavillas fully trained personnel are available 24 hours per day should you need assistance of any kind. We are only a phone call away. As this property has a shared pool, please remember that the local pool maintenance team will be accessing the condominium grounds to ensure that the communal facilities are kept to a high standard. <br><br>Holiday Guide:<br>Smartavillas has a fantastic holiday guide packed with lots of information including points of local interest, activities, and restaurant recommendations. For your convenience, we will send you an electronic copy before arrival, and also provide a Qr code in the villa.<br><br>Additional Cleaning/sheet Change<br>As properties are rented on a self-catering arrangement, a daily maid and interim property cleaning service/linen change are not included in the price, but if required, can be provided for an additional charge. Further details available on request.<br><br>We Kindly Request:<br>The house will be well presented for your arrival, and departure cleaning is included in the rental value. However, we do ask for a respectful co-operation with the removal of rubbish, and that Bbq facilities are cleaned of food and debris before you leave. Charges will be incurred if it is deemed that the property is left in an unacceptable condition.<br><br>Departure Day:<br>Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end! - and on departure day, check out time is requested at 10.00h. We will contact you towards the end of your stay to confirm this. We may be able to offer a later departure time only if there are no guests arriving on the same day. This charge is levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed in advance if you are required to pay this, which will be required in cash on arrival, with a receipt issued for payment confirmation. It is also a lawful requirement for all non-Portuguese nationals to provide us with passport details for data entry into the national immigration records.<br><br>Security Deposit And Damage Waiver:<br>We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest (Superhog), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Veldig god kontakt med Air BnB og firmaet Smartavillas, som administrerte leiligheten for eierene. Racel møtte oss ved ankomst, veldig vennlig og hjelpsom dame. Leiligheten var nylig renovert og veldig lett og holde ren. Vi støvsuget en gang pr uke, og det var mer enn nok. Rengjøringspersonalet var innom hver 14-dag for å sjekke om det var noe vi ønsket. Vi skiftet sengetøy og håndduker jevnlig, i tillegg vasket vi selv etter behov. Det var komplett kjøkken til matlaging for en stor familie. Stor stue, varmepumper i alle soverom + stue. Imidlertid oppholdt vi oss mest på den store flotte, sørvendte balkong. Den hadde sofaer med sofaputer og 3 solsenger, kjempebra. Vi var der i 7 uker, og det var altfor lite. Santa Luzia er en forholdsvis liten plass, med kort avstand til strender og Tavira. Vi kommer tilbake.
