However, we do ask for a respectful co-operation with the removal of rubbish, and that Bbq facilities are cleaned of food and debris before you leave. Charges will be incurred if it is deemed that the property is left in an unacceptable condition.<br><br>Departure Day:<br>Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end! - and on departure day, check out time is requested at 10.00h. We will contact you towards the end of your stay to confirm this. We may be able to offer a later departure time only if there are no guests arriving on the same day. Unfortunately, however, this is unlikely in the summer months due to high volumes of reservations.<br><br>General: Located 41km from Faro airport, Apartment Luzia lies in the cobblestoned fishing village of Santa Luzia. Within walking distance of a selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés and small supermarkets, the villa is centrally located and 4km from the nearest larger town of Tavira, known as the Venice of the Algarve. Despite the age of tourism, the village has retained much of its charm and deservedly earns its title the “octopus Capital of the Algarve” with many of the restaurants offering the local octopus catch of the day, amongst other delicious fish dishes.
