Panoramic sea views and a stunning location! Seaview Cottage is situated in the family friendly, seaside village of Spittal, near the historic border town of Berwick-upon-Tweed the last English town in Northumberland before the nearby beautiful Scottish borders. The house is literally a few meters from the beach with a lovely garden to the front leading straight onto the beach promenade! From here you can see the Holy island of Lindisfarne and even walk to it along the beach and then picking up the coastal path. You can also walk the 10-mile coastal path all the way down to Creswell beach - stopping for a few refreshments on the way, of course! With 3 generous bedrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests, an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom, plus a luxurious, family bathroom with separate shower, a large open plan lounge and dining area and a great kitchen with a huge, 6-ring gas hob/ range cooker, you will have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Facilities includes a wood burning stove, free guest Wi-Fi, a telescope for gazing at the stars and sea birds form the lounge, off road parking and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Seaview Cottage would suit a larger family or a group of friends. Anyone with golfing, walking or cycling in mind will also love staying here. There is a great village shop, selling everything you might need, as well as a pub and so much to do and see in the area, you will need more time! Bed linen, towels, heating and hot water are all included. House Rules Additional information and rules 1 dog allowed per booking - 3 bedrooms 1 double , 1 triple (with a double bed and a single day bed and Juliet balcony), and 1 twin - 2 bathrooms 1 with free-standing bath, separate shower cubicle and WC, 1 en-suite shower room (down a couple of steps) with a walk-in shower and WC - Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine and cafetiere - Lounge with feature fireplace, wood burner (first basket of logs included), TV/DVD, iPod dock, CD/radio and telescope - Enclosed patio area with seating to the rear - Off-road parking for 2 cars - TV/DVD in the lounge - Located on the promenade and beach at Spittal near to the shops and pubs - Please note; there is no dedicated electric car charging facility at this property. Charging electric vehicles at this property is not supported and therefore not permitted.
