Javier was a great host who was always very responsive throughout our stay! The place itself was super clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Everything is pretty walkable to from the flat. Overall, Javier and his modern and comfortable home are perfect for anyone looking for a short stay in Valencia!

Apartment is very nice and clean. It is very well located, in a quiet street, 15-20 minutes by foot to the centre and 30 minutes to Bioparc. It is very well suited for families with smaller children, accessible with the stroller and just outside of the apartment there is a really nice private area with a small pool which is shared only with one more studio. Javi and his wife are really nice people and have been helpful during our stay.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! Che dire, super clnsigliato per visitare la città. 15 min di taxy (noi con Cabify) da aeroporto, 5 mjn a piedi dalla metro, 18 min dalla ciutat vella...insomma posizione eccellente! Zona tranquilla, silenziosa, sicura. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, in ordine, c'era anche la macchinetta del caffè, oltre al necessaire x bagno doccia e persino x la cucina. Davvero top. Non abbiamo usato la piscina esterna comune visto il meteo... In zona ci sono vari locali dove mangiare e anche dei bazar/alimentari che offrono le cose essenziali e utili, oltre a supermercati veri e propri... José è stato molto disponibile per le nostre esigenze, sopratutto nel check-in e check-out. Grazie mille! Hasta luego!
