Welcome to “Dos” — a minimalist two-bedroom, corner, condo unit that is facing amenities. It is located on the 2nd floor of Tower 6. Outside Tower 6 is a view of the majestic Samal Island. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this space offers a sanctuary where you can unwind, rechatge, and find solace in the beauty of simplicity. Dos is equipped with eveything you need during your stay and has easy access to condo amenities such as swimming pool and kids’ playground. This unit has 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 adults comfortably. The bigger room has a queen-sized bed with pull-out. The smaller room as a single-sized bed with pull-out. The night rate covers up to 4 pax but the unit can house up to 6 guests max. Extra charge applies for extra person after 4 guests. There is paid overnight parking on the premises which is 200 pesos (paid directly to the guard on duty). The property management (Damosa) charges minimal fee for swimming pool use which is 80 pesos per adult and 50 pesos per kid (paid directly to the attendant). There are 2 separate clubhouses and 2 separate swimming pools in the entire condominium but same charges apply. We charge a security deposit of 2,000 pesos per stay via bank transfer or GCash and amount is to be refunded in full 1-2 hours after check-out shall there be no damages or missing items (or as soon as our caretaker is done properly inspecting the unit).
