Absolutely fantastic location, cannot be beat for walkability all over Seattle (yet it's far anough away from downtown that it feels safe and tucked away). The place is right next to a busstop that takes you across town if your legs start hurting from all those Washington hills! The place was exactly as described, spotless, well-stocked; there's a little "car noise" from street traffic but nothing you can't sleep through (especially with the thoughtfully provided ear plugs in the bathroom). I went in late April and Seattle was in full bloom - every street was a pleasure to walk through, a riot of color from the flowers and trees. I went to a bar and a diner recommended in Vince's guide and both were excellent. The price point compared to other places in the area was beyond excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you Vince!

Excellent location on bus line. Easy access to Ballard, Queen Ann, Downtown. Walls were a little "thin" but other guests very respectful. Overall, it was the place I needed where I needed it. Would definitely stay there again.

This was my first trip to Seattle for business and leisure. Having not used AirBNB for a while, I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, however, upon arrival at this residence! What was advertised is exactly what I saw when I got to the doorstep and into my space. Clear, easy-to-understand instructions were given for check-in (as well as check out). The host was super communicative and accommodating! I spent a week in Seattle and had a great experience largely in part due to this AirBNB. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, private space! Would give 6 out of 5 stars, if I could!!! ^^
