Welcome to Aalaya Home. This centrally located mid-century modern home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy a comfortable peaceful home away from home while sight-seeing the DMV area or relax at the patio after a long day of work. This property is 2 miles to 66, 5 miles to Vienna Metro Station, and close to Costco, Walmart, Giant, Fair Oaks Mall, George Mason University, and Fairfax City Old Town. Additionally, Metro Bus and George Mason Shuttle bus stop is only few blocks away.

The house was as expected. Great furnishings. Very clean and cozy.
My business partner visited and made a reservation on Airbnb. The host was very kind and sweet, and responded quickly whenever contacted, making it very convenient to use. The house itself had beautiful interior design, and there was a pleasant fragrance inside. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you. I would like to use it again next time, and highly recommend it to everyone!

Aalaya Home is very central and easily connected to all the Fairfax and the surrounding communities. As the house is only 0.5 miles away from Route 50 it provides easy access to all grocery stores, bus stops, all kinds of restaurants, and other shops.
The house itself is located in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. There are walk paths all around the neighborhood. Your morning walk/run or evening stroll will be relaxing as there will not be any cars rushing through the neighborhood and noise from Route 50 is non-existent. You will meet people walking their dogs or with their children. So you can engage with the locals here and learn about the community.
A few steps from the house there are
- Dale Lestine Park: which has a small area for kids to play
- Stafford Drive Park: roomy park with a walking trail, Playground, a multipurpose synthetic turf field, and dogs are allowed
- Stafford East Park: 9.5-acre undeveloped woodland east of the popular Stafford Drive Park with trails of wilderness. The trails with dense tall trees are great for hiking right next to the bustling Route 50 and the ubiquitous Accotink Creek.
- Ranger Rd Park: A park of natural beauty with dense woods. Two out-and-back trails, one with a para course exercise run. BBQ areas, picnic tables, basketball court, Kids playground, Actonick Creek, and a short loop trail. Pet friendly.
Aalaya Home is just off Route 50 and is very centrally located. Within 5 minutes along Route 50, you will be able to find Grocery stores, Restaurants, Shopping centers, Fitness centers, and Urgent Care. Route 66 is only 2 miles and Vienna Metro station (Orange line) is 5 miles away that will take you to Washington DC.
- If you walk half a mile from Home towards Route 50 there is Patient First Urgent Care, CVS, 7-Eleven, Hair Saloon, and other restaurants
- 5 minutes from Home in either direction of Route 50 there is Amazon Fresh, Gaint Food, Coffee shops, and other restaurants
