This Fairfax rental was as described/better than expected. The owner was very flexible - we changed our arrival day, but notified the owner in advance and were refunded the difference. We needed a few extra minutes to pack up at the end of our stay, and the owner was able to give us that time as well. The home is mostly updated, especially the kitchen, with new fixtures, and is overall very comfortable. We did notice a lot of white pet hair on the fabric-covered areas of the home, but my highly allergic husband was fine. It wasn’t hard to find the home, but I’d note that the driveway/entrance are not on Village Drive, but around the corner on the dead end. There is a beautiful picture window looking into the dining/living/kitchen area from the quiet road in front, but it has no shades, which was uncomfortable. There are restaurants very close by and a Wegman’s across the street. All in all a very nice stay, grateful to the owner for his lovely home and for his flexibility.

The place was very clean and spacious for our stay. Chuong was very responsive to messages and matched the listing price. Nice place to stay for GMU graduation.

Great place to stay in Fairfax! c Comfortable for our family with two small kids. Chuong had set out a high chair for our 14 month old, and there were kid -sized utensils and plates. The home also comes with a pack n play although we had already set up the one we'd brought with us so didn't use it. Our au pair also had her own private room and bathroom downstairs. Less than 10 minutes to anything you could possibly need (Shops, restaurants, grocery, playground, coffee...) easy access to D.C.

Chuong was a great host! Whenever we had questions, his response time was very timely! The master bathroom's shower head could use an instructional manual for people like myself that is not computer savvy to know how to run it. It was a great shower head with multiple shower sprays but trying to figure it out was difficult. I think it would be helpful to have a manual to give some of this info and just with some recommendations of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. With that being said, when I reached out to Chuong and asked about this, he responded right away with several recommendations! The location of this place is very convenient to travel to and from places and going to DC. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.
