Plenty of parking. + ID , contract required 3 story townhouse with one flight of stairs for you. Your Mastersuite and common living areas are all on the 2nd level. The 3rd level is private and cannot be accessed.

10 min to Port Hueneme and Point Mugu. 25 to Malibu. 15 to Calabssas. 30 to Ojai, 45 to Santa Barbara. located 45 min from BUR, LAX, SBA airports. amazing huge oak a stone throw away. YMCA 2 min away.
There is some public transport, but a car is essential in my opinion, unless you stay in town only. Very safe to walk everywhere.
