The house was perfect for our group. The design details were fun and inviting, and made the space both spacious and cozy. It was a perfect spot to hang out in after treks around area attractions. Ideally located for a weekend getaway but we wished we could have stayed longer.
We absolutely loved our stay and are already plannig to return!!! The house was super unique, clean and we felt right at home!
We (two couples and 4 kids 7 and under) enjoyed a great rainy weekend together! The house is artfully decorated and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the house due to rain but that was no problem There is plenty of space to spread out, and the kids loved the cascading stairs and unique decor (and the chicken nightlight!). Adults also loved the Nespresso machine and well-supplied kitchen (spices, fun glassware, plenty of plastic for outdoors/kids). There was just plenty of everything -- towels, blankets, cups, hooks...and nice extras like shampoo, lotion, cotton pads for makeup removal. The linens were great, the beds were comfortable, the showers were excellent. And a hot tub! We were super happy with our choice and fully recommend this house, probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!!

The House of Cascade was such a unique find! The layout of the house and the way it was decorated were both so beautiful, it felt like living inside of a piece of art. It was the perfect spot for a fun weekend getaway. The beds are insanely comfortable, and the amenities made us feel right at home. Morgan was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had leading up to the trip, and during our stay. We had a slight issue with the lock during check-in, and he solved it immediately. We’d definitely love to come back (hopefully soon) and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique space for a cozy getaway :)

We are located a short drive from both Dia Beacon and Storm King Art Center for your inspiration day trips.
For the history buff, the city of Newburgh is packed with historic 19th-century structures, including the David Crawford House (now Newburgh's Historical Society), Old Town Cemetery, Dutch Reformed Church, and W. E. Warren House.
