Our home was completed in January of 2023 and features some of the best views anywhere at Purgatory Resort! At this time, it will only be available to rent over winter break. Our home features a large deck and a private hot tub as well as garage parking with space for one car. Free shuttle service is available to the lifts and resort village. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, but we will consider more than 10 guests upon request. Pets considered with owners approval. Our home is 2600 square feet total. There are 2 master suites with king beds, private bathrooms and walk-in closets - one on the first floor and one on the second with a private deck. There is an additional bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed. Additional sleeping space is available in the huge bonus room on a very comfortable and very large couch. The bonus room also has a small futon (twin size). There is one additional couch in the loft. The bonus room features a 75" TV. We have a full kitchen set up with everything you'll need for cooking and dishware and glasses for 10 guests as well as a drip coffee and an espresso machine. The kitchen is open to the great room with a 65" TV and to a dining area with seating for 8. The back deck has a private hot tub and a firepit and panoramic mountain views. The front patio has a great views of the ski slopes. Please note that there is no cable or over the air TV, however you are welcome to use the streaming apps (NetFlix, Hulu, etc) on the smart TVs.
