Feel at home with the entire family at this centrally located, bright and family friendly house. Minutes away from Mount Pkols, University of Victoria, recreation centre, stores and 15 minutes away from downtown Victoria. You will not be disturbed during your stay, host is on the property to accommodate your needs. The host and the guests are completely separated by a locked door. Our spacious space gives you the freedom to cook, do laundry, chill in the backyard area under covered glass roof. Four bedrooms altogether one big master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and closet 2bedrooms with queens beds( sleeps 4 people) the office has a single bed. sofa bed in the living room can fit two people, if your book more than 7 people we will provide extra bedding for the sofa bed .

Zohra was very responsive to us when we had a question. Check-in was easy. The house is spacious and comfortable, and was great for a small family reunion. We cooked there almost every night. We hiked up PKOLS/ Mt. Douglas (with my 83-year-old mother!) and went to the beach in PKOLS park. There is a cafe, Township Coffee, about an 8-min walk away. It looked nice, but is open 9-3 and closed on Mondays, so we missed an opportunity to try it. Downtown is about 20-25 min by car, but straightforward to get there. There are nice outdoor malls and markets that are close by. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. Paul
I’m going to be absolutely honest because I use Airbnb regularly, and rely on accurate reviews. First, the positive aspects of Zohra’s place is that it was spacious and airy with a fantastic eat in kitchen. There were plenty of bedrooms, and great laundry room. The location was close to UVIC with lots of free street parking. The negative was that there was trash left in the kitchen bin that made the whole house smell. The kitchen sink and stoppers still had food waste and had not been cleaned. When I went out to throw away the trash, there were glass bottles all over the ground, making it a potential safety hazard. When I messaged the host, she said that the cleaner likes to wait till the trash was full. Hmmm. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and there has never been any trash left in the garbage bins or the kitchen sink. The carpet on stairs were also very dirty with lots of debris. My suggestion would be to use professional cleaners if cleaning fees are charged to the guests.
The house itself was immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. There are 5 of us, and I had a great time staying at Zohra’s place with my family Zohra was helpful and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area with a larger group of 5-6 people.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spectacular and Zohra is wonderful - friendly and super responsive.

Family orientated neighborhood, very safe and friendly. Many parks walking distance, you can walk to the Rec centre and Mt. pkols .
Two great applications will save your life. HONK and Park Victoria.
You can pay and extend your parking through the app, if you get a ticket you can always dispute it with reasonable reasons.
Blue bird and yellow cab are taxi companies.
bus # 27, 28, 12 and 39 have the closest stop to our house.
