Welcome to our newly renovated 3bed/2bath modern home. Centrally located our home is minutes from the beach, UCSB and downtown Santa Barbara. The chef inspired kitchen opens up to a spacious living room and dining room, french doors open up to the private pool and back yard. The master suite includes a queen size bed and a spa like five piece bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The third bedroom that has a triple bunk bed. Please read entire description before booking. This home is centrally located, close to the beaches, UCSB, a 10min drive to downtown Santa Barbara and easy access to many of the beautiful sights in Santa Barbara and Goleta. The house is perfect for 6 people but can accommodate 8 if needed. There is ample street parking and a spot in the driveway as well. ***As you enter the front door you will see how easy it is to relax in your new air conditioned Santa Barbara getaway. The open concept living room includes a flatscreen tv with sonos surround sound speakers. The living room opens up to the fully stocked Chef's kitchen including a 4 burner stove with a griddle. The brand new refrigerator has filtered water and ice. The large center eat-in island has sparkly quartz counter tops and a small bar sink. The adjacent bright dining room comfortably seats 6 adults. Down the hall you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is like a spa retreat with a comfortable queen size bed and an attached 5 piece master bath including a custom marble rainfall shower a European soaking tub and double vanity sink. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a triple bunk bed. The hall bath is equipped with a single sink an a combination bath tub and shower. ***Head out to the back yard and discover 4 shaded lounge chairs and a 2 seater bistro table surround a party pool (not heated) perfect for those beautiful Santa Barbara days. Beyond the pool deck you will find a huge yard complete with a tree house that offers a peek of island views. There is enough room up there to kick a soccer ball around or just enjoy the view.

Host and home were both the best we’ve ever had. The home is beautiful and serene. Plenty of space for guests. The host was kind and responsive and everything about our trip was easy.
The house was better than pictures showed and the amenities were beyond! They thought of everything. There was nothing they didn’t think of. From games to every kind of utensil you could imagine. The back yard was incredible. Honestly just wish we had more time there. Pillows were heavenly, couch super comfy and was as to leave. Thank you!
Our group had a great stay at Danny's house in Goleta. I've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs and this was definitely one of the better furnished homes I've stayed in--it felt like someone's actual home with quality furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen rather than having cheap furniture and appliances. We were in town during the atmospheric river so we didn't end up using the pool or hot tub or backyard fireplace but we enjoyed a sunset from the huge backyard and found the location very convenient to the airport and for getting to Santa Barbara. The rooms were comfortable and the master bathroom was like a spa--we'd definitely stay here again!
This place was perfect for my family and kids. The outdoor space is amazing! The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms were great. I didn’t remember reading that this specific unit is connected to another unit, so if someone is staying there you do hear them. I was under the impression it was the full house, but they sectioned off part of the house to make it another unit. There aren’t any shared spaces, but it’s not a completely private house because you share walls and hear noise. It didn’t bother us, it was more of are we being too loud for them. Danny was super responsive and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.
This place was very nice, we stayed on a rainy weekend's had plenty of board games to entertain. Very nice kitchen and amenities. I was very satisfied with the stay.

Neighborhood overview
Close to the Santa Barbara airport, Goleta train station, UCSB, and the beaches. Downtown is just about a 10 min drive.
Getting around
If you don't have a car Uber and Lyft are easily available and there is a bus stop within walking distance of the house. Parking on the street is always available.
Other things to note
There are many amazing restaurant near by and around town but if you feel like ordering in we like to use SBMenus. Calle real is very close has every type of food you can think of from burgers to Mexican but if you want some amazing sushi we love going to Goleta sushi house on Hollister in old town Goleta.

Other things to note is that the neighborhood is bike friendly you can get biking to the beach in almost no time.
