This house was perfect for our girls trip. Very spacious and had plenty of things to keep us busy. The host was very responsive and did everything to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The pool and pickleball courts were a bonus!!

Location was great to Gruene, the beds were comfortable. However, the hot tub never got hot , no hot water for showers, the cushions for patio were not out and welcome flowers were dead with old water, no sugar for coffee. There were also a lot of mice droppings in one of the bedrooms that we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the room. It made us believe no one checked the house for awhile to have it “ready”for us. It was disappointing overall for our expectations.
We stayed here along with another one of their properties as a family reunion weekend. This home was just what we were looking for. Part of our weekend involved fishing the Guadalupe so the location of this home was perfect for us. The home was well appointed, room sizes were very generous, having laundry onsite was a bonus for taking home clean clothes. The patio area was a lovely place to take coffee in the morning and in warmer temperatures I could see spending most of the day out there. We can’t say enough about how responsive Koze all of our questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
In the Summer- be careful, zero privacy here. House is different inside, very patchy and awkward steps, grandparents or handicapped persons would struggle- also young kids. Needed constant supervision. You share this property with ALOT of people.
