Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Two complete houses on two sections bordering each other, overlooking the beautiful vista that is our river. Boat ramp nearby, large spa pool on expansive deck, both properties fenced and a gate adjoining the two, tiny northland town, house one sleeps four and house two sleeps 8 with extra mattress and folding bed as needed. Full wooden cot and baby bath provided, fibre unlimited internet and lovely grassed area as well.

Generous space for big families. Good communication with Sarah. Only problem was it was too hot inside the rooms and there was only 1 fan provided. There was no heat pump in the house which I overlooked when I was booking. Overall stay is not too bad though.
It was really wonderful place. Host really kind with us. Hope to came back there again :)

small village, both houses on separate sections in quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the river, no neighbours over the back just expansive elevated views of the river. One small country store, no takeaways, but 10 minutes drive to Dargaville with all amenities. 10 minutes to the beautiful west coast beach of Glinks Gully, longest driveable beach in New Zealand.
easy ample parking both on and offstreet at both properties.

I have four daughters and six grandchildren. I spend most of my time in my beachhouse which is only ten minutes from my home which is next door to the bnb. I love our little town, we have moved out 6 times in our lives and always found ourselves back here. Our first home was just up the road, we bought it because we couldn't afford the one we bought ten years later. We both love the beach, the boat is used often as is the jetski for fishing.
